Two beautifully mismatched platters, shaped like something found in nature — part leaf, part stone, entirely their own. These organic ceramic serving platters are hand-built in two complementary sizes and finished in a warm, speckled cream glaze that feels as natural as it looks. Use them together as a spread, or individually as a statement piece on your table.

About the Clay & Craft

Each platter is hand-built from stoneware clay, shaped entirely freehand to create its distinctive organic silhouette — no two are ever exactly the same. The surface features gentle raised bumps and undulations that give the platters a living, tactile quality, as if they were formed by nature itself.

Both pieces are glazed in a warm cream speckled glaze with scattered iron spot markings — small, naturally occurring brown flecks that bloom from the clay body during firing, creating a rustic, speckled effect reminiscent of a bird's egg or a sunlit stone. The edges catch a soft warm amber tone where the glaze thins, adding a golden warmth to the overall finish. Each platter carries a small maker's stamp — a mark of authenticity and handmade origin.
