Returns & Exchanges

At The Marigold Story, every piece is handcrafted with care. We want you to love your purchase — if something isn't right, we're here to help.
## Returns
We accept returns within **14 days** of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at **themarigoldstory@gmail.com** with your order number and reason for return.
## Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different design. Exchanges are subject to availability.
## Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items damaged after delivery
- Sale or discounted items
## Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
## Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
## Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
