SHIPPING POLICY

COVID-19 - We will try and get your order to you at the earliest, however we request you to be patient in case of unforeseen delays in these unprecedented times. 

  1. Merchandise will be dispatched and delivered between 14-20 days after the order is confirmed. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order.
  2. The process involves a few different people – grass root artisans, delivery teams and border controls - owing to this, there may be anomalies in delivery times but we will endeavor to keep these to a minimum.
  3. The Marigold Story will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  4. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency)

Return and Exchange

  1. We accept requests for exchange within 7 days of delivery of the product to the customer only if there is a manufacturing defect or in some cases a size issue.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Return of an exchanged product is not allowed.
  5. Return/Exchange of a discounted productis not allowed.
  6. Customized orders are made according to the measurements given by the customers, therefore customized styles and measurements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  7. Sale Items - In order to maintain fair prices, there is no refund or exchange for sale items. 
  8. Items sold under promotions, or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned. In this case all sales are final. 
  9. We have a no refund policy and a credit note will be issued in case of any returns.
  10. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
  11. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
