SHIPPING POLICY
COVID-19 - We will try and get your order to you at the earliest, however we request you to be patient in case of unforeseen delays in these unprecedented times.
- Merchandise will be dispatched and delivered between 14-20 days after the order is confirmed. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order.
- The process involves a few different people – grass root artisans, delivery teams and border controls - owing to this, there may be anomalies in delivery times but we will endeavor to keep these to a minimum.
- The Marigold Story will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency)

Return and Exchange
- We accept requests for exchange within 7 days of delivery of the product to the customer only if there is a manufacturing defect or in some cases a size issue.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return of an exchanged product is not allowed.
- Return/Exchange of a discounted productis not allowed.
- Customized orders are made according to the measurements given by the customers, therefore customized styles and measurements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Sale Items - In order to maintain fair prices, there is no refund or exchange for sale items.
- Items sold under promotions, or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned. In this case all sales are final.
- We have a no refund policy and a credit note will be issued in case of any returns.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
- Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
